The Sustainable Livelihood Program Field Office VI turned over ₱600,000 worth of cheques to PAMANA SLPAs in the City of Victorias, Negros Occidental last March 15, 2023. Barangay X Mauswagon Farmers Association received ₱300,000 for their proposed Rice Retailing project. Barangay XI Timawa Buncio and Cansilayan Association (TIBUCA) also received the same amount for their Carabao’s Milk Product Retailing.

During the same activity, Ms. Rhea Nabos of Brgy. X received ₱15,000 worth of livelihood assistance for her proposed Sari-Sari Store enterprise. Present at the event were Victorias City Mayor Javier Miguel L. Benitez, City Councilor Derek Palanca, City Social Welfare and Development Officer Joy S. Reunir, SLP Focal Scott Lloyd Tiangha, and DSWD representatives headed by Promotive Services Division Chief Luna S. Moscoso, Negros Occidental SLP Provincial Office Provincial Monitoring and Evaluation Officer Joanna Rose Las Piñas, and Project Development Officers Mary Joy Diatera, Genevieve Alabado, and Lemuel Lesly Talha.
