• Ensure accurate and complete submission of monitoring data through encoding in the SLP Information System in accordance with the prescribed databases and reporting formats for timely submission to the provincial level, SLP-RPMO, concerned DSWD Field Office, DSWD management, and other stakeholders.

Provides technical assistance to ACT and Regional KM Teams in documenting Knowledge-Sharing Sessions (KSS), and supports the development, packaging, and dissemination of knowledge products such as good practices, lessons learned, and success stories.
2. Develops and maintains knowledge repositories to capture, organize, and store key project documents, reports, tools, guidelines, and lessons learned for easy retrieval and use by internal and external stakeholders.
3. Monitors and assesses KM-related outputs of ACT and Regional KM Team members to ensure alignment with established KM strategies, frameworks, and project objectives.
4. Collects, documents, and packages best practices, innovations, and success stories from field implementation for dissemination and institutional learning.
5. Coordinates the regular updating of content in the organization’s knowledge-sharing platforms such as websites, intranet portals, and digital libraries.
6. Facilitates Knowledge-Sharing Sessions (KSS), learning events, and communities of practice to promote cross-functional learning and collaboration among units, stakeholders and partners.
7. Supports capacity development initiatives by preparing knowledge products (e.g., manuals, guidelines, modules) and conducting orientation or learning sessions related to KM tools and processes.
8. Monitors and evaluates KM initiatives by gathering feedback, analyzing usage metrics, and recommending improvements to ensure relevance, effectiveness, and sustainability.
9. Collaborates with communication, IT, and M&E teams to integrate knowledge management activities into broader project and organizational processes.
10. Supports report generation and policy formulation by providing relevant knowledge products, analysis, and documentation as needed by management and stakeholders.
