Conducts a five-day training on Case Management on Handling Children in Conflict with the Law (CICL) together with our Assistant Regional Director for Administration, Joselito G. Estember, and our social workers from the Regional Office, Social Welfare and Development (SWAD) Offices, and Local Social Welfare and Development (LSWD) Offices.
