The ABSNET (Area Based Standards Network) – Negros Cluster holds today its first quarter meeting at USLS (University of St. La Salle) – Granada Campus in Bacolod City focusing on possible partnership building with DSWD and on alternative child care provision. Headed by Meliton Sillador, Jr., Executive Officer of Kalipay Negrense, the officers and representatives of Social Welfare Development Agencies gather for an orientation on DSWD programs and Domestic Administrative Adoption and Alternative Child Care Act. The DSWD Field Office VI Standards Section represented by Lailanie Madriaga and Ada Veronica Grecia thanks USLS for hosting the event.
