DSWD releases a total of 2,000 family food packs in Candoni, Negros Occidental as augmentation to COVID affected families.

The recipients are mostly farm workers and vendors from upland barangays whose sources of income has been affected due to lockdowns and covid scare.

The Local Government Unit of Candoni headed by Municipal Mayor Hon. Cicero D. Borromeo, requested relief augmentation from the agency to provide assistance to these families who are identified poor and most vulnerable.
