Belison, Antique – A long-time dream for Concepcion Agri-Enterprise Livelihood Association (CAELA) from Belison, Antique was finally realized with the opening of their own agri-enterprise along the town’s national highway.
Their project officially opened last September 24.
CAELA is an SLP Association organized last December 12, 2019 with 29 members. Since most of them are farmers, the group decided to start an agri-enterprise business.
Upon receiving their grant amounting to P456,360.00 last July 8, the group did not waste any time to plan for their new business. Planning and meeting went on. Just more than two months after, they were able to finally launch their dream project.
Prior to their official launch, the group had their soft opening on September 2. And since their soft opening, the group already reported a total sales of P40,000, already deposited at the Belison Multi-Purpose Cooperative. Another sales from the launching activity was also gained by the group.
To sustain its operation, the executive board meets every month as a venue for updating and future planning.
Indeed, with enough determination, no dream is impossible.
