A man of few words, Mr. Bonifacio Albeza is often seen at the front gate of the DSWD Field Office VI. He would assist the incoming clients of the agency, guide them as to their needs and entrust them to the concerned offices. Most days, he is the man that keeps the front desk manned and operational.

He would always greet the people with a smile and a welcoming look. He would go out of his way in explaining the requirements for the Assistance to Individuals in Crisis Situation. Although not part of his job, he also sends off the workers in the afternoon and night time by carrying their heavy stuff.

Prior his assignment at the Regional Office, Sir Boni has spent nearly three decades at the Regional Rehabilitation Center for Youth in Guimaras where he served the agency in ensuring the safety and security of Children in Conflict with the Law.

“Thank you so much for the 36 years of loyal and dedicated service to the department,” says Regional Director Ma. Evelyn B. Macapobre.

”A snappy salute to you,” says Asst. Regional Director for Administration Evangeline B. Felecio.

Today, Sir Boni is given tribute as he bids farewell to the agency due to his retirement./dswd6
