Solo parent Nema Flor Andres of San Fernando, Pilar, Capiz receives her Social Amelioration Program (SAP) cash grant.
Nema works as a kasambahay. She has in her custody her 11-year-old child.
“I will buy a mobile phone because I chose online schooling as an alternative mode of learning for her. I will also buy rice for us,” she says.
Nema is living with her aunt and grandmother. Her aunt already received SAP at the first instance of releasing way back in April 2020.
“Mayo kay bisan lumon lang kami gintagaan man kami,” Nema said.
