NOTICE TO THE PUBLIC
We are inviting the public to submit comments, reports and/or feedback on any derogatory records that the Government Agencies or any private entities may have been executed to any members of the Board or Incorporators/Trustees or to any personnel holding key positions, to the Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) listed below during the course of its operations.
This is to promote transparency and lead time for the public to reply should there be any issues arising in connection with the CSOs’ application.
