DSWD6 head to staff: strive for continual improvement
The regional director of DSWD Field Office VI challenged the agency’s employees in Western Visayas to strive for continual improvement.
“Let us keep on improving our system of service delivery. Let us revisit the prevailing system and think of policy recommendations for continual improvement,” said Regional Director Arwin O. Razo during the opening of the Integrated Performance Review and Evaluation Workshop (IPREW) in Iloilo City.
The IPREW is attended by Division Chiefs and Senior staff of DSWD Field Office VI.
Director Razo reminded the team to always look in the lens of what is good for the organization, that which can ensure the attainment of the vision of the agency.
He also emphasized that it is important to view the agency with an interconnectivity between and among offices.
Director Razo as well gave the direction of including digitalization in service delivery as part of continual improvement.
The director assumed as officer-in-charge of DSWD in Region 6 on October 1, 2024. On October 24, 2024, he took oath as Director IV and became the full-fledged head of the office./dswd6
