LOOK: DSWD FO6 facilitated the distribution of food and non-food items to Kanlaon affected families in Negros Occidental. Among of these are 2,000 Family Food Packs (FFPs), 500 hygiene kits, 137 blankets, and 34 loin clothes.

Currently, 864 families composed of 2,682 individuals sought temporary shelters from six different evacuation centers in La Castellana, Negros Occidental. The DSWD Field Office VI, Local Government Unit of La Castellana, and partner’s agency are working harmoniously to provide maagap and mapagkalingang serbisyo.
