Also present during the aforementioned activity are the Bago City Pre-Marriage Orientation and Counselling (PMOC) Team, Population Program Officer (PPO) IV, Ms. Ann Marie D. Torres, PPO II, Ms. Jessa Gorrantes from the City Population Office, and Regional Director on Commission on Population Development, Dir. Harold Alfred P. Marshall.

As one of the regulatory function of the agency, the DSWD ensures that practitioners of social work activities are regulated particularly in implementing the pre-marriage services in the region.
