4Ps child from Laua-an named 2025 4Ps Exemplary Child Provincial Winner in Antique
SAN JOSE, Antique – Ma. Liezel Francisco, a 4Ps beneficiary from the Municipality of Laua-an, has been named the 2025 Provincial Winner of the 4Ps Exemplary Child Search in Antique. In addition to clinching the top title, she also won awards for Best in Video Presentation, Best in Production Number, and Best in Festival Attire.
Francisco received a plaque of recognition, a ₱5,000 cash prize, school supplies, a token, and a gift certificate from the Golden Salakot Hotel.
Rosendo G. Suriaga III from Pandan was awarded 1st Runner-up, while Ayessa Jayne H. Arcoles of Sebaste placed 2nd Runner-up. Both received ₱2,000 in cash. Andrea Mae J. Alejandro from Hamtic ranked 3rd Runner-up, followed by Tim Eleazar P. Francisco of Culasi and Yehxia Sherynne M. Omanita of Belison, who placed 4th and 5th Runner-up respectively. The 3rd to 5th Runner-ups each received ₱1,000. All winners were also given plaques, school supplies, tokens, and gift certificates from Golden Salakot Hotel.
The annual search for 4Ps Exemplary Children highlights the talents, intelligence, and community involvement of children under the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps). It aims to empower these youth to become role models and catalysts for change, proving that background does not limit potential.
During the same event, the Antique Provincial Operations Office (POO), led by Provincial Link Jeffrey Gabucay, recognized the Bayawa family from Caluya as the 2025 4Ps Huwarang Pantawid Pamilya Provincial Winner. They were awarded a plaque, ₱3,000 cash, 25kg of rice, a vegetable basket, token, and a Golden Salakot Hotel gift certificate. The Guarte family from Culasi was named 1st Runner-up. Both families exemplify strong familial bonds, Filipino values, and positive contributions to their communities.
The Antique POO expressed its deep appreciation to its generous partners and sponsors who contributed tokens and prizes for the event.
Special acknowledgment was given to the panel of judges: Pilar S. Mabaquiao, InfoCen Coordinator of PIA Antique; Pedro S. Altar III, External Relations Officer of St. Anthony’s College; and Joenes D. Jereza, Designated Health Promotion Officer/Nurse II of the Antique Provincial Health Office.
