Calinog, Iloilo – As part of our social responsibility, especially in this time of crisis, it is in helping and giving that we Filipinos are mostly known for.
Cahigon Livelihood Association (CALIVA), an SLP Association, is giving packs of bread to our front liners at the checkpoint areas. This is their way of showing appreciation to the dedicated front liners who are securing safety and preventing the spread of COVID-19.
CALIVA from Brgy. Cahigon, Calinog, Iloilo, is an organized association with a bakery project funded by DSWD – Sustainable Livelihood Program in 2018.
Though located in an upland barangay, the association commits to continue giving bread to front liners each time they have scheduled delivery at the town proper of Calinog for the whole duration of the community quarantine.
