Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental – BMARBFA or Barangay Mahalang Agrarian Reform Beneficiaries Farmworkers Association distributed relief goods to 30 SLPA members and 18 non- SLPA members in Brgy. Mahalang, Himamaylan City.

Each pack contains 1 gta of rice, 1 kg of brownsugar, 4 packs of noodles, 2 bath soaps, 2 sardines, 4 sachets of coffee, 3 sachets of energy cereal drink and candies.

With approval from the members, the association agreed to use 30% of their profit shares as dividend & patronage refund to be distributed on the 2nd sunday of april 2020 during the conduct of its first annual general membership meeting and anniversary plus the 10% emergency fund will be utilized as COVID 19 assistance to the members and non-members.

This initiative aims to help the members and other residents of the barangay in this situation while on community quarantine to stop the spread of COVID-19.
