AKLAN — We are here to do the work of God because our profession is sacred,” says RD Rebecca Geamala as she addresses some issues and concerns of staff and partner implementers during the Parners’ Forum at Sampaguita Gardens Convention Center in New Washington, Aklan today.
Geamala also said that staff and partners should work together particularly through the Pantawid Pamilya to help Filipino families build stronger relationship.
On the same day, 50 senior high school graduates with high honors will be recognized, too.
Shaina Marie Regacion of Lezo, Aklan graduated Valedictorian from Lezo Integrated School. She is now enrolled at Aklan State University taking up Bachelor of Elementary Education.
According to her, her presence at the forum will add proof of how the 4Ps helped her and family survived despite of poverty. She added that the grants they are receiving is a big help for their school needs and keep them healthy.
The family of Shaina Marie has been a program beneficiary for almost six years already covering one of her four siblings.//MCG
