Prior to the awarding, Anedaine together with four other regional finalists namely Lourden Oremo of Badiangan, Iloilo, Maraya Veronica Alcoran of La Paz, Iloilo City, Kenjie Dela Cruz of Kalibo and Rachelle Sauquillo of Guimaras underwent into one-week workshop as part of the National Children’s Congress (NCC). Around 88 children from 17 other regions participated to the said workshop.

“We have fun, met more new friends and learned so many things from the workshop. This is a very rare opportunity for us as Pantawid Pamilya beneficiaries”, said Anedaine.
