Victor Tanco to discuss the status of relief operations in the province of Capiz.   The social welfare department released P3.2 million worth of food and rice packs to 16 municipalities and Roxas City. The governor appreciates the effort of the social welfare department to address the needs of families who were evacuated due to Typhoon Ruby.
