She gave her face a gentle tap and squeezed her arm several times. She still cannot believe it. She and her three children have just climbed the stage and were awarded as this year’s Huwarang Pantawid Pamilya.
Forty-eight-year-old Gemma Tanutan of Lemery , Iloilo, along with her kids Jawo, Gibb, and Jebie received a plaque of recognition and P30,000 cash prize from DSWD Secretary Corazon Juliano-Soliman during the Pantawid Pamilya National Family Day and Convergence Caravan at Ultra.
