The Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD), Field Office VI has activated its text hotline to entertain messages of complaints from typhoon affected families that were not reached by the relief assistance.

DSWD Text Hotline is activated and ready to receive complaints, reports on assistance needed and other feedback on the ongoing relief operations for victims of the super typhoon in Western Visayas.

One may send in his complaint, request or report to Help6<Message> and send to 0918-912-2813.
The text should include specific area of concern, including province, town and barangay.

With the text hotline, the department could respond and verify the help needed by the typhoon affected families. (DSWD/Maricar M. Calubiran)
