LOOK: To promote a cleaner and greener community, 49 active beneficiaries of the Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program (4Ps) in Brgy. Cabalagnan, Nueva Valencia, Guimaras officially launched the Clean-Up Drive and Tree Planting Activity yesterday.
The activity also marked the beneficiaries’ commitment to sustain community and environmental initiatives by conducting a Clean-Up Drive and planting of one banana shoot on the last Friday of each month.
This initiative aims to maintain the cleanliness of the community, promote environmental responsibility, and contribute to climate change mitigation through the planting of fruit-bearing trees.
The activity was participated by the Barangay Officials of Brgy. Cabalagnan, Guimaras Brethren MPC, 49 active 4Ps beneficiaries, and the assigned 4Ps Municipal Link, whose collective efforts contributed to the successful launching of the activity. (Submitted by Nueva Valencia MOO)
